The first day of any diet is always the easiest one. The motivation is still there and the yearning for all those unhealthy snacks has not yet struck.
The weighing after the day number one usually gives lots of hope. As the fluids are leaving the body, the weight comes down mighty fast. A great promise of success was also given to me as I stepped on the scale this morning:
Admittedly, I ate way too little yesterday. Unless I want my body to go into some sort of starvation mode, I must change my diet within the next couple of days. I’ll keep you posted!
