Today marks the last day of October so it’s time to wrap up this month. On October 13th, when I started my diet, I weighed 76.6 kg. After 19 days of dieting my weight has dropped to 72.1 kg. That leaves me with a total loss of 4.5 kg. Obviously, I’m very happy with the results.
When I started my diet 19 days ago, my body mass index was 28.1. That was enough for me to be classified as overweight. During these past three weeks my BMI has luckily come down and now I can even categorize myself as a marginally overweight person. Here’s my latest BMI calculation:
